Muay Thai Core
ALL-LEVELS, BEGINNER FRIENDLY
This is an all-inclusive Muay Thai class that’s suitable for all levels. If you’re looking to improve your Muay Thai fundamentals and get a good workout, this is definitely a staple class to attend.
The class begins with a warm-up, followed by some shadow exercises. You can expect partner drills, bagwork exercises, and 1-1 quality padwork time with our highly experienced trainers.
The class will finish off with Thai-style conditioning.

Boxing Core
ALL-LEVELS, BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Learn how to hit and not get hit. Also known as the “sweet science”, boxing is a cardio-intensive workout characterised by sharp, effective punches, sleek footwork and evasive head movement.

Muay Thai Technique
SOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, SHIN PADS REQUIRED
This is a seminar style class, and we are the only gym in Singapore that offers such a quality-packed class. You can expect this class to be highly technical focusing on live combat situations.
Techniques learnt in this class may be applied in sparring as well as a real Muay Thai fight. Drills will be done with a partner. You may also engage in touch sparring that is situational for you to apply the technique learned in class. Shin pads and mouthguard will be required for this class.

Boxing Technique

This class focuses on light to moderate sparring, where you’ll have the opportunity to apply techniques in a controlled environment, emphasizing timing, distance, and defense. We are strict on creating a healthy sparring culture that promotes technical sparring. We have zero tolerance against angry sparring and bullies in class.
Expect to improve your technique and timing while receiving feedback from our trainers and working with partners of varying skill levels. Shin pads and mouthguard, (groin guard for men) will be required for this class.

This is a power-packed Muay Thai class to simulate the training format of traditional Muay Thai Camps in Thailand. This class is for members looking to challenge their skills and endurance for Muay Thai.
The class begins with a warm-up, followed by technical drills and bagwork exercises focusing on Muay Thai fundamentals. You will expect to be sparring with partners and clinching after. The class will end with some conditioning exercises. Shin pads and mouthguard (groin guard for men) will be required for this class.

Women's Program
ALL-LEVELS, BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Our Women’s Striking Program is designed to be a welcoming, stress-free environment for women to start training boxing and Muay Thai.
In each class, you can expect a balance of technique and conditioning. We focus on fundamentals — including striking form, footwork, and combinations — paired with partner drills and pad work to help you apply what you learn. Classes also include cardio-based workouts to build endurance, improve coordination. Whether you're here to pick up a new sport, get a solid workout — this class is for you.
